Hello visitor, welcome to my blog, today i come to talk to you about something very important in mexican culture and recognized in the world, i,m talking to mexican gastronomy, and specially about one of my favorite dishes, chilaquiles. 

In mexico there is a wide variety of chilaquiles throughout the country and in specific states to the republic, but the main and orginals ones are chilaquiles in green or red sauce, accompaines by shredded chicken, slice onion cream cheese, avocado and cream.
